Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund Vying for Brahim Diaz

European champions Real Madrid and Bundesliga heavyweights Borussia Dortmund are said to be exploring the possibility to sign the talented Manchester City youngster Brahim Diaz.

The 19-year-old is running out of contract this summer and will be able to negotiate terms with interested parties if Manchester City fail to convince him to extend his stay at the Etihad.

Diaz’s current contract situation has alarmed both Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund who, according to fresh reports coming from ESPN, are both keen to add him to their respective rosters.

The attacking midfielder from Spain has been with City since he was 14 but his path into the first-team at Etihad seems to be blocked at the moment and the player himself could choose to follow the same road Jadon Sancho took last summer when he left for Dortmund.

Sancho’s move to Bundesliga proved to be a huge hit as the youngster is enjoying his life in Germany at the moment.
