Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne continued to impress for Pep Guardiola’s side and it appears his scintillating displays have not gone unnoticed by some of the world’s biggest clubs.
The 26-year-old scored four goals and recorded nine assists for the Citizens this season, leading his side to the top of the Premier League table and it appears that Real Madrid have been rather impressed by his exploits.
Spanish news outlet Don Balon is suggesting that Los Blancos have been captivated by De Bruyne’s flying form adding they are already contemplating a whopping £89 million bid for the Belgium international.
Club president Florentino Perez is ready to splash out in an effort to bolster the ranks of Real Madrid with a number of high-profile targets and Kevin De Bruyne is apparently one of them.
Manchester City are unlikely to give up their stat asset that easily and Pep Guardiola remains hopeful he will be able to tie De Bruyne down to a long-term deal with the Citizens instead.
